Antrax IT radiators at Peliva Nature & Suites, Greece

Teso radiator by Antrax IT decorates the ambience of the bathrooms for the new project, conceived by G2lab – Giannis and Giorgios Effthymiadis – in the Pelion peninsula, Greece. Overlooking the sea, the resort includes three suites and common areas, realized with natural materials and a palette of neutral tones.

Mediterranean architecture has always been expressed with a sort of codified language, made of local materials, simple and essential volumes, and strong amalgamation with the physical reliefs along the coast.

A process reiterated over time that pushes also new buildings to pay homage and respect its canons, combining them with contemporary expressions. Emblematic of this narrative is Peliva Nature & Suites complex, a hospitality project entirely curated architecturally and internally by the Greek studio G2lab – Giannis & Giorgios Effthymiadis.

The dialogue with the Pagasitic Gulf, in Thessaly, and the Mount Pelio, dictates the rules of a renewed design tradition. Peliva Nature & Suites merges nestled among land terraces opening to the sea: articulated on several levels are organized loggias, buildings linked by wooden pergolas, reed mats, walls and walkways in stone, floors in teak or large ceramic slabs.

Shaded spaces, with a panoramic view of the bay, become the natural extensions of the edifice’s common areas, embracing an infinity pool with solarium and direct access to a centuries-old olive tree park, and the private spaces, three suites of different sizes – from 32 to 50 square meters – characterized by the same materials used in the outside. The rooms alternate stone and rough concrete walls with other plastered portions, beamed or wooden slats ceilings, large-format stoneware or dark wooden fishbone floors.

Inside this envelope, attentively curated in every detail, is arranged the furnishing: kitchens with tops and walls in natural, heat-treated oak or even in black metal; tables and chairs alternating same rope or rattan wood finishes, interwoven carpets with geometric motifs, natural upholstery and textiles, paintings, niches with vases and objects confer a light, warm Mediterranean atmosphere to an harmonious and well balanced composition.

The bathrooms, designed by G2lab, offer a neutral palette, different gray and beige shades, with details in natural oak and rattan, furnishings and design accessories defined by pure lines. Among these, the radiators from the collection Teso of Antrax IT, chosen by the studio in the ‘coloured’ version: the radiator, creation of Dante O. Benini and Luca Gonzo, with a heating plate in a sand tone and a thin vertical metal arm to hang towels, in contrasting anthracite gray, perfectly coordinates with the space.

Teso, made of 100% recyclable extruded aluminum, adds its elegant touch to Peliva Nature & Suites in the double version, with two modules 25 cm wide and 150 cm high, with vertical installation.
