The much-loved family home, 22 Leeukoppie, is an iconic beach house built in the 1980s. Although it boasts a strong structure, its components and layout needed updating. Bomax designed a new structure incorporating the foundations, rock-clad ground floor garage, and pool while completely revamping the rest of the house to allow more natural light and warmth to penetrate the interior. The property offers stunning views of the beach, so the interior design concept is natural and earthy, reflecting the sandy shores below.
