This Bomax-designed home in Signature Estate, Umdloti, Kwa-Zulu Natal, offers uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean. Stacked social wings on three levels are integrated with a connecting spiral staircase. The cantilevered slabs blur the lines between inside and outside spaces, creating seamless connectivity. A concealed entry and vehicle ramp lead to a hidden garage basement that can accommodate four cars. The minimalist home features natural materials such as concrete, glass, and stone, along with sliding timber sunscreens to protect against the early morning light.
