Build a Braai with Signi Fires

Customise your braai to suite the way you cook! The built-in combo braai provides home chefs with the ultimate cooking weapon to impress their guests. Our braais are made from thick gauge high quality steel and is available in a powder coated mild steel, brushed 304 grade Stainless-steel or brushed 316 grade Stainless-steel. A Signi Braai is by far the best quality braai with exceptional functional design aspects available in the South African market, we only use superior quality materials and components.

The combo braai options that we offer enable you to choose the exact setup that reflects your culinary needs. The combo gas and wood braai are available in various sizes, namely the 1200, 1400, 1600 and 1800, and 2000 models. Once you have chosen the overall braai size that you want, you can then decide what portion must be wood and what portion must be gas. Our system is modular and thus puts you in control!

Gas Griller Section

The 770, 970, 1170, and 1370 gas Grillers are pre-fitted with a ceramic searing burner. The sear burner is a ceramic burner that emits much higher, instant temperatures. It is the first braai in South Africa to feature this type of burner. The ceramic sear burner is perfect for grilling steaks and other meats where caramelization is required on the outside whilst keeping the inside moist and juicy. The Griller in the combo braai comes standard with self-ignition knobs. (Only available in 304 or 316 stainless steel) and does not require any electrical connection. The gas braai must be installed by a registered (LPGAS) installer.

The Wood Braai Section

The available sizes are 770, 970, 1170, and 1370. The standard finish of the built-in combo braai is thick gauge mild steel which is then powder coated black. We also offer the braai in 304 stainless-steel.

The built-in combo braai comes standard with a large sliding door that folds neatly underneath the braai and doubles as a functional work surface. When the door is closed it gives the braai a luxurious aesthetic.
