Hoi P’loy: Gelato range
With a name like Gelato, one can only imagine Hoi P’loy’s new lighting design is one that will excite and delight.
Available in a rainbow of hues, such as Cream, Misty Mint and Winter Blush, the sweet new wall sconce’s design echoes the shape of a freshly scooped ice cream cone.
“Our Gelato range is a charming way to blend the elegance of sophisticated brass detailing with a contemporary wall light fitting,” says Hoi P’loy of the novel offering.
“Great for kids’ bedrooms, or passageways that deserve a little love, the Gelato comes standard with our Small Opal LED Light Bulb.”
As with most of Hoi P’loy’s lighting products, the Gelato is customisable, with customers offered a choice of a pull chain, plug-n-play corded version, touch switch mechanism or wall-hardwired solution. In addition, clients can also choose any one of the matte powder-coated colours, with brass detailing, or for a less-is-more contemporary pop, a monotone treatment.
“Hoi P’loy’s philosophy has always revolved around creating meaningful pieces that homeowners can interact with long into the future. This is yet another example of a simple feature light that goes a long way to brighten up one’s life through day-to-day moments that shine.”
Speaking of bright moments, Hoi P’loy is running a special giveaway in collaboration with Harlow Gelato. Two lucky supporters can win a Gelato Wall Sconce from Hoi P’loy in the colour of their choice, as well as a fresh scoop of Harlow Gelato and a tub for the road.
To enter, like the giveaway post on Hoi P’loy’s Instagram page, follow @HoiPloySA and @HarlowGelato on Instagram, share the post to your story, tagging both companies, and tag a friend who loves gelato in the comments.
Entries for the competition close on Wednesday 31 July. The winners will be announced on Friday 2 August.
