Plascon House Tour: Soothing, Grey and Scandi
This gorgeous grey four-storey home is decked out in a beautifully crisp colour palette that is modern and refreshing in true Scandinavian spirit.
Grey has definitely been dominating interiors for the past few seasons and we can understand why. If you take a peak inside this huge family residence, grey stands fierce as the undertone of every room. It’s just one of those neutrals that seem to work with just about any design style and palette. Here we see a colour infusion with pops of canary yellow making a bold statement in the living room.
From the drapes to the customised dining seating, shades of grey create a beautifully soothing and tranquil living environment. With white furniture and added pops of metals and chrome, the room is simple yet stylish.
A simple kitchen reno sees this family kitchen gain new life with a quick lick of paint on the cabinets, a change of hardware and the introduction of subway tiles and grey grouting as a modern backsplash. The room feels airy and bright.
The yellow, grey and white theme continues into the bedroom with a soothing palette of neutrals that form the perfect backdrop for a peaceful retreat. We love the minimalist open shelf above the bed with frames. Sleek furniture and bedside tables complete the look.
