Spencer Chair

And finally, making its much-anticipated debut on promotion, is the iconic Spencer chair. Although relatively new to the Klooftique range, it’s easy to understand why the Spencer chair has quickly become the quintessential heirloom piece.

Handcrafted Beauty

While these gorgeous pieces are currently on promotion, it is important to remember that each piece is manufactured by hand. Each order is therefore meticulously handcrafted using the finest materials and, unlike mass-produced furniture, individual, handmade pieces take slightly longer to produce.

Each sofa and chair frame is built from scratch using solid South African pine and although using staples would be a faster, easier, cheaper way to build furniture frames, Klooftique prefers using brass screws and traditional furniture-building methods. Though this process is somewhat more time-consuming, it assures that the pieces manufactured are exceptionally well made and will stand the test of time.

Manufacturing lead times are thus 6-8 weeks, which is industry standard.

And in the grander scheme of things, what’s 8 weeks, compared to many, many years of enjoyment?
