Studio Enass: contemporary design sensibilities

Founded by Enass Mahmoud in 2017, the studio is known for its one-of-a-kind designs that celebrate individuality and personal expression.
“At Studio Enass, we are unafraid to think outside the box,” says Mahmoud. “We thrive on introducing bold colours, unexpected materials, and courageous ideas into our designs. By collaborating with unique artists and skilled craftsmen, we ensure that every project is a true reflection of individuality and excellence.
Our mission is to design spaces that inspire, delight, and provide an unparalleled sense of identity for our clients. Whether it’s a luxurious private home, a boutique hotel, or a developer’s vision for a standout project, we bring creativity, cultural depth, and design expertise to every detail.”
Drawn to design from a young age, Mahmoud’s work blends the contemporary and the contradictory. Her flair is inspired by a wealth of sources spanning art and music, and her own North-African Arab heritage, deftly combining them to create a world unto their own. She is unswayed by the passing dictates of trends, instead focusing on creating carefully balanced interiors that are cohesive and authentic.
Her spaces have a sense of grandeur and light and are influenced by things that fascinate her. Her aesthetics is relaxed elegance and her design process is more fluid than fixed – she looks to capture colour, pattern print and textures. No two projects are w alike, but they are universally beautiful, authentic, enjoyable and timeless.
Mahmoud’s portfolio encompasses a multitude of styles and genres and her stylistic ethos is one of refined elegance. Completed projects include a charming country house in Kent with a touch of Victorian, a contemporary London apartment that makes a statement in bold hues, and an eclectic LA abide that is both visually striking, yet minimalist in style.
