“My dream of starting my own interior company, JH Interior Design and Decor became a reality 4 years ago. This was the culmination of my experience and expertise gained through my career, being inspired by trends in interior decorating and having the innate gift of creating interiors that sparks an emotional connection with my clients. When walking into a home, I can envision extending a room to create a space where families come together, changing the tiles around a pool to include an elevated wooden deck to fuse natural elements with nature, and the meticulous placement of furnishings in such a way to elevate a house into a home where the heart is.”

All JH Interior Design and Decor is inspired by international brands and designers and most importantly clients. A personalised journey with you will entail an initial briefing and subsequently a proposal that will address your vision and budget, taking the selection of colour tones, fabrics, textures and designs into consideration. They will take care of the procurement and keep you informed of the timelines in order to ensure the successful completion of your dream home!

Now, when working with architects and builders, the team have successfully turned rooms into functional spaces, for example adding a wall, changing the window facade to enhance the connection with nature, or even ensure the style of fittings are aligned with a client’s vision. JH Interior Design and Decor transforms residential properties, including homes and apartments across South Africa. They specialize in interior planning, which includes everything from mood boards with colour scheme and palette selections, lighting options as well as material finishes of flooring, walls and ceilings, bespoke furniture designs, to the procurement thereof and final installation.
