Breezeblocks and sunken sofas meet glittering accents, mirrored surfaces, and a palette that could make even Don Draper order another Old Fashioned. “It’s the elegance of a hotel with the laissez-faire of an Ibizan finca,” Gottschalk explains. “A dash of Chateau Marmont sexiness, garnished with glitter.”

Every corner is a vignette: a curated explosion of art, texture, and attitude. Like all Tinzeltown projects, it’s designed to make you feel something; a place where imagination runs wild and good taste has a sense of humour.
