1.What inspired the founding of Royal Art & Decor, and how has your vision evolved over the years?
Royal Art was founded to bring modern technology to the world of decor through 3D printing. We combine technology with modern art to produce previously un-producable designs. We continue to be at the forefront of technological trends and hope to bring more modern art pieces to the South Africa.
- How would you describe the unique style and aesthetic of Royal Art & Decor’s offerings?
In a few words: Modern decor with a twist. All our pieces are made to order and have a unique style you won’t find anywhere else.

- What sets Royal Art & Decor apart from other interior design and décor companies in the industry?
Our 3D printing technology means we can create pieces no one else can and with 10 years of 3D printing experience in the decor industry we are the best at it!
- Can you share some of the most popular products or collections that customers love?
Without a doubt our “Mercury Collection” is our most popular with our Mercury Wine Hand, Key Holder and Incense Holder being our best sellers.

- What role does sustainability play in your product development and sourcing?
We use biodegradable filament for all of our pieces. This filament is made from fermented corn starch and is 100% biodegradable
- How does Royal Art & Decor collaborate with designers or artisans to create exclusive pieces?
We have employed many designers and experts in the 3D printing industry over the years to help us design our beautiful collections.
- What are some of the key trends in interior design and décor that you see shaping the industry in the next few years?
We are seeing a big push towards minimalism in modern art with aesthetic shapes and natural curves dominating the industry (Our Modern Vase Collection displays this trend perfectly).
- What is your approach to customer service and ensuring a personalized experience for your clients?
Each customer gets a direct line to us when placing their order. They get a personalised message and our contact details on order so that we are only a moments notice away from helping them with whatever they need.

- Can you share a memorable project or collaboration that has had a significant impact on the brand?
Our most recent collaboration was with a Cape Town artist to help design our “Hand of God” Wine Bottle Holder for a customer. This was a 1/1 piece for the client.
- What exciting plans or upcoming collections should customers look forward to from Royal Art & Decor?
We have a new collection in the woodworks as we speak. Watch this space.
