The Half Arc House Mumbai

The Half Arc House, located in one of the most opulent skyscrapers in the heart of South Bombay, is rewarded with a stunning uninterrupted view of the Arabian sea on one end and the city on the other. It’s a spectacle of delight – a bright and engaging interior design project by Covet House.

The tower, complete with a lavish swimming pool and gym, captures the essence of luxury living. The Half Arc House is mindfully designed to magnify the luxury living experience.

However, it isn’t just this idiosyncratic symbol that makes the apartment lavish. Among those reasons is that, at 1,400 sq ft, this city home is intended for the use of just one occupant—which is a luxury in itself.

Pops of colour and hints of metallic accents bring this striking house to life. What’s more, is that we love the inclusion of outdoor living space. Foldaway doors lead to a balcony complete with stylish outdoor furniture pieces. The owner can enjoy the breathtaking views overlooking the city or stay indoors and take pleasure in all the modern amenities that this home has to offer.

The selected furniture and furnishings are all sourced from Europe, from the most covetable brands in the world. . These global luxury brands have been paired with indigenous local luxury brands including Scarlet Splendor and Jaipur Rugs, and can be seen from the very moment one steps through the front doors. While the exquisite Lapiaz Center Table, where the polished brass details and mirrored sides attribute this luxury design artwork an artistic yet comfy and warm beauty. Definitely a statement piece in luxurious interior designs.

Every detail has been carefully considered from the bold lighting to the soft furnishings including rugs, curtains and more that give this home a softer edge. Beautiful and timeless furniture pieces have been selected to add to a contemporary feel and of course, the bold choice of colours, in small amounts, gives each room a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

In the guest bedroom, the arc presents itself within the teak wood and all black, back painted glass cupboards. And the bow appears yet again in the master suite within the pink shelving unit behind the bed. However, it isn’t just this idiosyncratic symbol that makes the apartment lavish.
