Hello Persian Rose: The Versus February Colour of The Month
Love is in the air this February and we are swooning over the Versus Paint Colour of the Month – Persian Rose.
While often misconceived as a feminine colour, or one that is reserved for children’s bedrooms, this shade of pink is sophisticated, earthy and playful.
Using Persian Rose in the living room creates an inviting and friendly atmosphere, but can also be used in bedrooms and bathrooms to create a more moody, intimate escape.
Use a complementary palette of rich jewel tones like sapphire, amethyst or gold to really make this colour stand out.
The colour Pink is created using red and white, and has the characteristics of both colours. It represents love which is associated with red as well as tranquillity that is associated with white.
Deeper, darker pinks like Persian Rose are known to ignite feelings of passion, confidence, energy and creativity.
