OKHA created statement pieces for luxury safari lodge, Cheetah Plains, working in close collaboration with ARRCC (the architects and interior designers) and architect, Stefan Antoni of SAOTA to achieve a high level of sophisticated bushveld beauty. Stefan reveals that “No matter how good architecture is, it can only succeed when the interior upholds that level of sophistication.” He feels that OKHA can “design furniture that upholds and mirrors the beauty of architecture”.
OKHA is a leading design studio that creates material driven, luxury furniture, lighting and objet d'art. Led by creative director, Adam Court, OKHA pieces reflect the perfect ecology of asymmetry and balance. By favouring artisanal over industrial production, OKHA imprints its pieces with the human touch, lending them a characteristic quality that reveals its nuances over time. OKHA facilitates everyday encounters with beauty, creating lifelong furniture that distinctly defines confident, personal narratives and interiors. The OKHA flagship store is in Cape Town with representation in key design galleries internationally.
