Eco–friendly Decowood Shutters™were installed in the main en–suite bathroom and guestbedrooms as well as the high–level windows in the double volume areas which allows the light and the gorgeous mountain views to take centre stage.

In the main living area, bi–fold Security Shuttersfold away and open up the interior to the outdoordeck which overlooks the stunning views of the Noordhoek Valley. By–pass Security Shutters were installed on the outside of the weather–facing windows to protect these openings from the harsh Cape storms.Made from architectural grade aluminium, they are not onlywaterproof, they are also a strong effective security barrier, keeping this gorgeous home and its occupants safe.
