Good Morning Frankfurt: We’re Ready For Ambiente 2019

After just a few days back in sunny Cape Town, we are headed to Frankfurt for what is expected to be a stellar trade fair at the highly anticipated Ambiente. From 8 to 12 February, Frankfurt comes alive with international guests and experts descending upon the city to a trade event that will set the pace for the world of consumer goods.

We are thrilled to be amid the action, soaking up the beautiful ambience that has been set here in Frankfurt and feeling inspired with the intensity of talent and design innovation that is bubbling forth from this place.

It’s winter in Frankfurt, and although there is a chill outside, the air is filled with anticipation as we’ve come to discover all that Ambiente has to offer. With so much to see and explore in this, the most international city in Germany, we are beyond thrilled to get out doors (and inside) to see what Frankfurt has to offer.

Some of our favourite sites include:

• The Frankfurt hop on hop off tour is a fabulous way to explore the city. Here you’ll get to travel to all of Frankfurt’s top sites such as Paul’s Church Square, the Botanical Garden and the Opera House – and it will make planning your trip so much easier.
• The Römerberg in Frankfurt’s Old Town Centre is a must visit for its many restaurants, shops and more.
• Visit the Museum District and gain some insight into the history and culture of this city. The world-renowned Senckenberg Museum in Frankfurt is one of the largest museums of natural history in Germany.

Naturally, we will be spending most of our time at Ambiente where we hope to get a sense of what is shaping the global market in Frankfurt. Here is where business and creativity come together – and where visitors place orders with international exhibitors. We are certainly here to discover the latest trends in high-calibre special presentations, award ceremonies, lectures and events featuring industry experts and famous designers.
