Lumen8 Introduces The RAW Range
The RAW range from Lumen8 welcomes the idea of a Scandinavian style that is both warm and inviting. It highlights clean lines, utility, and simple furnishings that are efficient, beautiful, and cosy.
RAW introduces a refined design reflecting the textures and beauty of nature. Materials suggestive of raw stone and cast concrete structures prove an inspiration for this range. The bevelled edges echo the form. Furthermore, the shadow line creates a floating appearance.
Choose your finish
The range comes in Concrete, Bamboo, Black Matt, Pearl Grey and Deep Grey.
Lumen8 has chosen to use a material called Corian to bring out the raw look of concrete or natural greys. Corian is a solid surface of material created by DuPont. The edging is bevelled. It gives the range that floating feel. Furthermore, it adds shadow as complementary to the concrete slab architectural finishes.
Additionally, bamboo was introduced to this range. It enhances the theme of a natural aesthetic and is a welcome contrast to the concrete look.
The pod toggles and modular switches are available in black, white or magnesium grey. These tones are in keeping with the minimalist design throughout. This natural or neutral look and feel are both Scandi and inspired. Otherwise known as a Hamptons style, the feel of RAW portrays elegance. It is inspired by nature and the beach houses of Long Island USA.
