Element By Lumen8
The Element Range by Lumen8 is influenced by the elegant opulence of art deco design.
The generously rounded edges and plush finish, reminiscent of a bygone era, requires specialised hand finishing that makes each cover plate truly unique.
Custom designs
Lumen8 has perfected the Element range in its best sleek form of linear geometric shapes. This is commonly square or rectangular broken up by its curved edges. Each piece is then finished with a variety of toggles and switches that are custom-made to match the luxury style of art décor.
Furthermore, the Element range is finished in stainless steel, brass or copper. The stainless steel can subsequently be powder coated in a number of different colours.
In addition to this, a new option of black chemically stained stainless steel has been developed. The result is a timeless black marble look which has grown in popularity.
Luxury and precision
Each piece in the range is bent to the precisely required edging followed by silver brazed corners, giving it its art décor style. The metals come as brushed, which also gives the metal its distinctive look of fine lines parallel to the brush direction. For this reason, it is commonly used in decorative items such as jewellery or better yet, Lumen8 switch gear.
There is also a second option for copper and brass that involves a process of chemically ageing. This process gives it the natural look of aged brass or aged copper.
