Boffi: Inside Kitchens – Case 5.0
Boffi is dedicated to finding new approaches to interior living and functionalities to improve daily life in the home. At the cutting edge of innovation, twenty years separate the original Case 5.0 system from its newest offering.
During this time, technology and design have advanced considerably, allowing Boffi and Piero Lissoni the opportunity to do further research and receive feedback from the client. The reinterpretation of forms resulted in an evolution towards the CASE 5.0 – BECOMING in 2022. This year, one can now find additonal functional and aesthetic features.
What you can expect…
Now there is the option of having cabinet doors built specifically for CASE 5.0 in 6mm glass with a folding effect in which the glass covers the entire structure of the door and front handle to give continuity to the material.
Four shades of the applicable reflective glass are offered: coffee, grey, black and dove grey. These new finishes are joined by the new spatulated resin that can be applied to the doors in the color variants Hydra, Columbia, Pegaso, Lyra and Andromeda.
Boffi also introduces for the CASE 5.0 the CASE 5.0 Sliding peninsulas equipped with a frame with sliding guides, mounted directly on the kitchen top, that allow for three types of sliding: lateral, frontal and oblique to create cantilevered areas that are practical for food prep and service.
Capabilities and capacity
The top includes the MDi Induction cooking system and the choice of sinks of important dimensions. Furthermore, the dimensions of CASE 5.0 allow for sinks of equal importance and capacity. As a result, there are new configurations in stainless steel, or as an undertop in marble, MDi composite by Inalco and granite. The property of the materials permits them to be moulded into a single basin with strainer, double basin or 1- meter sink in addition to the basins already present in the Boffi range.
When dreaming about the capabilities of your kitchen, consider the latest from Boffi.
