Bioethanol as a heat source

Bioethanol fuels burn with 98% efficiency. The environmental impact is very low. Bioethanol fireplaces don’t use wood or coal, meaning that there’s no cleaning or sweeping after use. On average, litre of bioethanol will last for about 1-2 hours if burning depending on the setting.

The Lumin is the perfect solution to retrofit a fireplace in any space in your home. The biggest benefit of bioethanol fireplaces is that there is no requirement for a flue system so they can be placed in any room of any project with ease.

Easy installation

The Lumin firebox is constructed of a powder coated steel and the burner is a robust stainless-steel container for the biofuel. To create the wall or cavity where you would like the fireplace to be placed is easy, a masonry structure is not required. A timer framework lined and covered with a fire-retardant board like Nutec or Promat boards is wall you need.
