• Side mounted frameless glass balustrading with a handrail to finish and secure the system

This system features a 12mm toughened safety glass panel that is side mounted to the surface with solid cast stainless steel stand-off fixings. The balustrade height is at the minimum of 1 meter high. A round handrail is fitted to the top of the glass by means of a steel bracket. The handrail returns into the floor surface to offer structural stability and safety of the balustrade.

This balustrade offers a 12mm toughened safety glass panel that is also side mounted instead this design includes a square recessed stainless steel handrail on the top of the glass for additional structure and stability. This balustrade design is a favourite because the handrail protects the top edge of the glass from hand marks and potential damage. In addition it also offers a clean line to the finish of the top of the balustrade.

This system doesn’t require a handrail for structural stability, however a handrail can be installed for ease of use and protection of the top of the edge of the glass.
