Plascon House Tour: Warm and Cosy in Paris
This enormous home is a paradise of raw wooden beams, large open plan spaces and a strong Eastern influence. The result is a cosy and warm space that makes us want to stay a while.
This space is obviously home to someone who values Eastern architecture and culture yet has been able to incorporate these styles into a very Parisian building. Dating back to the 17th century, there is plenty of old-world charm in this space. We absolutely love the renovated Eastern structures that flow seamlessly into the original bones of the home.
Gorgeous sandstone tiling meets ancient wood to emphasise the warmth of the home. The old iron Indian-style door in the middle of this home definitely makes an impressive statement. This home reads more like a travel diary that takes inspiration from an Eastern retreat, which is wonderful to see and even more wonderful to experience. Contact: Plascon Via Photography by Sotheby’s
