Plascon House Tour: Industrial Dreams
Sleek, organised and relaxed, this apartment makes use of industrial finishes inherent in the building to create a building that talks to Spanish architecture through the ages.
Classic vaulted ceilings are reminiscent of an older style building, while the exposed industrial pipes hint at a more contemporary age. Utilising soft greys and white throughout the space, the owners have cleverly incorporated sleek vertical lines in the long passage ways as a way to direct the eyes upwards and create additional storage space.
Warm wooden floors create a break from the neutral colour palette. We love the beautiful bathroom with terracotta-shaded tiles that compliment the timber vanity. Minimal yet warm, this is a tribute to industrial dreams.
