Plascon House Tour: An eclectic flea market inspired apartment
This eclectic Swedish apartment combines a playful mix of old and new; modern and traditional; with a combination of fun bric-n-brac and collector’s pieces that can be found in every room.
A place filled with hidden gems, like secret finds from the local flea markets, and collections of timeless accents, are scattered throughout each room. The kitchen and dining area is fresh and bright with a playful mix of dining chairs, and even a rustic old bench, beautifully grouped together in this contemporary space. A vibrant collection of metallic coffee pots and kettles are proudly on display on floating shelves between the two prominent window features in the space.
We also love the use of metal planters on the windowsills that bring a sense of nature and freshness to the home. The bright white walls serve as a neutral palette within this home. Wood, metal and copper are used together to add vibrancy and charm, Copper, always a timeless addition to any abode, features as an arrangement of cups on the dining table. We also love the wooden flooring that so beautifully ties the entire abode together. Rustic suitcases adorn the living room and an entire wall cabinet of refurbished filing shelves, crates and boxes add to the old-world charm of the place. Classic candlesticks bring light and wonder to this area, and again, fresh potted blooms add to the natural charisma of this residence. Contact: Plascon Via
