Roberto Cavalli Eivissa: Mediterranean Heritage Collection

This summer, Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors is looking to the Mediterranean with Eivissa, a new collection filled with warm timber, tactile upholstery and beautifully crafted details. The glamour associated with the Italian house is still very much present, but this time it comes with a softer, more relaxed mood.

Designed around the idea of Mediterranean Heritage, Eivissa favours fluid forms, generous proportions and materials that invite a closer look. Warm-toned wood runs throughout the collection, complemented by leather, textiles and touches of metal, while geometric leather weaving introduces one of its most distinctive details.

The Eivissa sofa sets the tone. Available in two- and three-seater versions as well as sectional configurations, it pairs generous upholstered volumes with an external structure in tinted solid beech. Tubular sections around the back are wrapped in geometric leather weaving, while braided leather piping traces the upholstery. Gold or Delabré metal details add a subtle gleam, with the RC Snake monogram appearing discreetly at the armrests.

The accompanying armchair takes the same materials and details into a more compact form. Sculpted wooden legs curve around the upholstered seat, while leather-wrapped elements frame the backrest. It’s an appealing meeting of softness and structure that gives the chair enough presence to work beautifully on its own.

For dining and entertaining, the Eivissa chair with armrests and bar stool continue the story without simply repeating the larger pieces. This allows the collection to move naturally through different areas of the home while giving each setting its own character.

In the bedroom, Eivissa becomes more enveloping. A continuous warm-toned timber profile wraps around the upholstered headboard and bed frame, with woven leather, decorative piping and metal accents adding definition. Despite its generous proportions, the curves and softer materials keep the bed from feeling visually heavy.

What makes Eivissa particularly appealing is how Roberto Cavalli’s signature glamour has been dialled into the details. There is richness, but it comes through in beautifully worked timber, woven leather, tactile fabrics and flashes of metal rather than excess. It’s easy to imagine the pieces against pale stone and sun-washed walls in a Mediterranean-inspired interior, but they have enough character to bring warmth to a more urban setting too.
