Maldini: An Elite Collection
Italian design is always on trend and a firm favourite with our team, as we embrace the dominant role and all that Italian influence has had in the world of interior design over the past few seasons. Maldini brings us a fresh perspective with authentic Italian furniture available exclusively in South Africa. Here we take a closer look at their elite collection of bespoke furniture.

Flower: With its soft petal-shaped back, this armchair is reminiscent of a flower. The wrought-iron frame is padded with resilient polyurethane foam, upholstered with materials from the collection and embellished with a patchwork design created with hand-sewn intarsia. Each armchair is unique as it is crafted by hand so the petals and hand-sewn intarsia may vary from one armchair to the next.

Giove: Nothing says refined elegance better than an oversized mirror used to highlight your favourite designs within your interior. This gorgeous Giove round wall mirror can be hung or you can choose to lean the frame against a chosen wall. The mirror boasts a solid cabaletta walnut – the epitome of luxury. Levante: This beautiful bevelled wall mirror comes with a frame of solid cabaletta walnut with brushed bronzed brass inserts. Levante is chic with a simple design that is made from the finest materials. The circular mirror has a bevelled edge – a nod towards more traditional designs – which catches the light in a different way to the mirrored surface, creating a subtle internal border.
