Maldini: Authentic Italian Design on SA shores
For centuries, the world has turned to Italy as the home of cutting-edge design. Whether in fashion or home décor, Italians often stand out above the rest when it comes to setting international trends and pushing the boundaries of contemporary design.
We particularly love the innovative yet sophisticated furniture offerings currently available through Italian-based organisation, Cattelan Italia. Thankfully their exquisite range of high-end furniture is now available locally in South Africa through their agents, Maldini. Founded in 1979 by Giorgio and Silvia Cattelan, Cattelan Italia continues to surprise the furniture world by introducing innovative contemporary furniture for the past 35 years. Today, the management of Cattelan Italia was passed on to their son Paolo, who keeps the family tradition of working with some of Italy’s most famous designers. Gastone Rinaldi, Yoshino and Emilio Nanni are but a few of the design innovators who’ve contributed to Cattelan’s award-winning collection.
In South Africa, Maldini are proud agents of the Cattelan Italia brand and today they showcase a collection of quality Italian furniture including stylish mirrors, sideboards and dining tables to suit the modern lifestyle. Now you can complete your full interior design concept with cutting-edge furniture now available on our shores.
