Makers of fine wood furniture and home decor, Touché Wood is a proudly South African female-owned business.

Founded in 2021 by entrepreneur Shayna Yardley, the company’s focus is crafting quality furniture at affordable prices.

“Our mission is to create beautiful, timeless, simplistic and mostly affordable furniture for people to create a home they can be proud of,” Shayna says. 

“As a small business owner, I aim to give my customers quality handmade products and outstanding service.”

Based in Johannesburg, each and every product is handmade by a talented team of boilermakers before being shipped to its final destination in South Africa.

Their range of beautiful items includes living room tables, desks, shelves and display units, as well as wine racks and mirrors.

Some standout designs include a large circular coffee table with oak-veneer finished wood, stained in one of two colours of your choice, supported by a steel satin black powder-coated frame. As well as their gorgeous Window Wall Mirror, which can be customised to fit a client’s spatial dimensions to a T.

Then there’s also a classic-style oak-veneer finished wood and black powder-coated frame bookshelf. The versatile piece is ideal for use in a living room, kitchen (for displaying your best crockery, of course), office, entrance hall or bedroom. 

A novel product that the company is especially proud of is its Wine Bar. The bar, also made with oak-veneer finished wood with a black powder-coated frame, can hold 12 bottles horizontally and 12 stemmed glasses. Customers can also opt to add wheels, converting the bar into a mobile drinks trolley for stylish entertainment.
