Incanda presents a showhouse
Incanda recently partnered with Devco Developments to complete the impressive showhouse at Kleinbaai Lifestyle Estate. Located 40 km from Hermanus, this estate provides secure and tranquil living, beautifully complementing its picturesque coastal setting.
The project involved a careful selection of finishes and furniture to ensure they harmonised with the coastal ambience and attracted potential buyers. A serene colour palette was chosen, featuring Incanda’s oak smoke range along with light fabrics and leather to create a feeling of spaciousness in the house, while strategic pops of colour were incorporated to draw attention to key focal points throughout the property, enhancing visual interest and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
“With space limitations in mind, we opted for delicate furniture options that maximise both function and style,” explains Incanda’s team of their design choices.
“The kitchen table in the dining room is paired with our Jozi chairs in a pale fabric, exuding a sense of luxury. In the lounge, a combination of leather and fabric pieces provides a balanced aesthetic, complemented by a beautiful jute rug that adds texture without overwhelming the light, airy feel. Our Vrede Couch and chairs, perfect for smaller spaces, worked perfectly, accompanied with the round Namib Coffee table – again the perfect choice when space is limited. Each element was carefully chosen to enhance the overall look and feel of the home, creating a space that is both stylish and inviting.”
A contemporary seaside haven, the estate offers beauty inside and out with thoughtfully designed homes and breathtaking surroundings.
