Breakfast is certainly the most important meal of the day. With this delicious and simple to make Breakfast Berry Fro-Yo, you’ll get a boost of nutrients to get you through the day. It’s also dairy-free – great news for those following a Vegan diet!
Packed with mixed berries, creamy coconut yogurt and topped with crunchy granola, this recipe is great as a refreshing and healthy breakfast.
What you need:
- bananas 4 ripe, chopped
- frozen berries, a handful
- coconut yogurt, 3 tbsp, plus 4 tbsp to serve
- granola, a handful to serve
What you need to do:
Put the chopped bananas into a freezer bag and freeze overnight. Once frozen, tip into a food processor (break them up if necessary) with the frozen berries and 3 tbsp of coconut yogurt, and whizz until smooth. It may take a few minutes before it comes together and blends smooth. Scoop into bowls or glasses and top with coconut yogurt and granola.
Serve and enjoy!
