Bestwood – Villa At Majeka
Stumbling upon an unexpected discovery is one of the true joys of travelling, and tucked away in the quiet Stellenbosch suburb of Paradyskloof lies one of the most charming destinations in the South African winelands. This is the five-star boutique hotel – Majeka House.
Designers were called upon to transform an existing apartment into a four-bedroom guest Villa for Majeka House, which is located on a private garden estate in Stellenbosch.
“Each room has all the luxuries a 5-star Boutique hotel can offer. We decided to play with a printed ceiling, also a theme we have used at Majeka House before”, explains designer Etienne Hanekom. The design team is all about crafting warm and inviting spaces that connect, and contribute positively to their environments.
