Studio Masson: The Le Corbusier Range
Le Corbusier LCS ceramics offers an exquisite collection of porcelain stoneware for architecture, now available from Studio Masson.
This collection, exclusive to Studio Masson, was launched by Gigacer, one of Italy’s leading porcelain producers. The collection is inspired by the Le Corbusier’s Polychromie Architectural design guide created in the 1930s. This guide shows how colour can affect spaces and people, and suggests palettes and combinations to trigger different effects.
The collection draws from Le Corbusier’s colour guide and includes of 2 base colours – Breton Gris and Beton Blanc – these are based on the raw concrete and white lime that Le Corbusier often used in his designs.
The base colours can be combined with 12 other colours taken directly from the architect’s Polychromie Architectural palettes, which are licensed by Les Couleurs Le Corbusier.
