Qwin was an integral part of the concept team, with oversight of every aspect of the project, from foundation phase through to final finishes, in collaboration with LN Designs Argitekte and Krusan Konstruksie.
The home comprises of three bedrooms, three bathrooms plus guest cloakroom, spacious living areas and a kitchen and scullery, with stunning feature walls.
Qwin’s imaginative eye for colour and texture was invaluable when mood-boarding the interior and exterior look and feel and can be felt throughout the light, bright space: Smart Contemporary with touches of cleverly reimagined French Classic.

Tones of greige, ivory and white create the calming base palette, with pops of colourful pattern and texture to add personality and flavour, further warmed by a hint of pale pink in soft furnishings.
Italtile supplied and installed luxury porcelain floor and wall tiles, mosaics, décor tiles, sinks and sink mixers, as well as bathroom accessories. Italtile’s LiveGreen items were specified.

– Crown Prospect Moon Glazed White Bodied Ceramic Décor Tile was paired with Prospect Moo Glazed White Bodied Ceramic Wall Tile.
– Liso Blanco Brillo Glazed Ceramic Wall Tile, a bright white Spanish tile.
– Legno Ash Rectified Porcelain Tile, a “Nordic pale’ wood-look tile, worked perfectly with Torre Titanium Porcelain Tile, a mild grey matt finish screed compilation with slight mottling variances.
Mosaics:
– Bruge Hexagonal Inkjet Mosaic, a mixed matrix of hexagons featuring grey and beige stone tones and subtle florals and geometrics.
– Island Stone French Tan Level Pebble, natural stone with a unique locking pattern, give the aesthetic of sea-smoothed beach pebbles.
– Double Brick Cube Mix Porcelain Mosaic by Douglas Jones creates eye-catching wall art in the kitchen and scullery.
