With five months of 2019 already behind us; a myriad of social and sporting events either concluded or underway; and an entire new winter season to prepare for; FloorworX is taking the time to reflect on a fantastic start to 2019.

This year, the focus is on doing things differently; challenging the status quo and encouraging everyone to “colour outside the lines”. Inherent in this is a strong focus towards environmental responsibility, caring for our fellow human being; as well as driving technology in the flooring landscape that shifts perspective and enables positive change.

The Footprints 4 Sam Foundation creates initiatives that offer hope, dignity and connectedness for underprivileged children with life-limiting illnesses.

FloorworX has taken a step in supporting the Footprints 4 Sam Foundation through sponsoring Tempo LVP floorings to cover 2x breastfeeding rooms and 6x counselling rooms at Rahima Moosa Hospital, which were officially opened on 9 April 2019. Click HERE for more on this range of flooring.

Project ‘Reinvent The Habitat’ by Thorb challenged the Building Industry worldwide – to present a revolutionary idea for home living that aims to ‘maximize home happiness while minimizing the cost of home living’.
