The City Lodge Courtyard Hotel in Waterfall City is in the fast-growing region of Midrand, between Johannesburg and Pretoria.
It is situated in a business and leisure district, near the Mall of Africa and Waterfall Corner, offering a variety of retail, dining, and entertainment options.
The hotel features Aspecta One patterned flooring in all common areas, specified by Oniro Concepts and installed by Combined Flooring in a herringbone pattern. The Swiss Oak Lucerne decor is carried through the reception, lounge, dining, gym, and lift lobby sections, and continues in the bedroom areas using the Traviloc XL-RCB interlocking LVT board form.
These modern, spill and stain-resistant floors are easy to maintain, 100% waterproof, and provide high slip resistance. Both Aspecta and Traviloc are Floor Score certified for indoor air quality and manufactured by the HMTX group, the recipient of the “Green Step” award as the number one Sustainable Flooring Company in the global market.
