SA Décor and Design continues to keep you posted on the hottest events and trends in the décor and design scene. Here’s your guide for the week:

The Free KwaZulu-Natal Carnival Day.
25 May, Durban:

A first of its kind, the KwaZulu Natal World Carnival is taking place this Africa Day, May 25, in Durban. Sponsored by Durban Tourism and SAFA eThekwini, this authentic and vibrant parade is free to all who want to attend and celebrate World Africa Day.

The aim is to celebrate the province of KZN, the people who live in it, and their diverse races and cultures, from the food to the culture and the rhythms of their sounds.
Century HomeShow 2024: Redefining Luxury Living at Helderfontein Residential Estate,
25-26 May, Johannesburg:
If you missed the first weekend of Century Home Show 2024 on May 18 and 19, this weekend is your chance to attend the exclusive event set to revolutionise luxury living standards within the award-winning Helderfontein Residential Estate.

Home & Décor Enthusiasts are promised the ultimate showdown among South Africa’s top residential architects and builders, and they even have a chance to win a variety of sponsored prizes by voting for “Home of the Century” at the show.
The expo will include activities for the entire family and serve as a source of inspiration for individuals wishing to enhance their current homes, investigate property choices, or simply remain up-to-date on the latest trends.
