Design Joburg: A Showcase of Sophistication
We were thrilled to be a part of the exciting activities that took place at Design Joburg this year, held at the Sandton Convention Centre at the end of May 2018. Design Joburg is the perfect mix of a longstanding favourite local exhibition that highlights the best in the industry paired with the new innovators and emerging talent of South Africa.
In the midst of the excitement, SA Decor and Design – The Buyer’s Guide hosted a stand that was a hive of activity and one of the highlights of this year’s show. We loved the atmosphere and creative energy of this event with roomsets, collaborations, inspiration as well as top designers and architects showcasing the latest trends!
Put together by Philip Tyers from Villa Africa, with a range of signature furniture pieces unlike any other in the show, and with stand partners Lalegno showcasing their gorgeous engineered oak wooden flooring on both the walls and floors, we had a stand that was a showpiece.
To finish things off Eurolux provided a stunning range of lighting to create unique focal points and to light it all up. Hesse Lignal provided the coatings on all the Lalegno flooring to make them really shine. Overall we achieved a striking stand that impressed!
Each year, Johannesburg creatives overflow with inspiration, pioneering the way ahead in the industry of design at the now renowned Design Joburg exhibition featuring Rooms on View. Don’t miss out and mark the event in your annual calendar.
What can you expect:
