Step Inside This Ultra-Modern Villa
You’re about to see an amazing partnership between the owners of this glorious home, Amy and John Phelan, side by side with the architects Christopher Stone and David Fox. The four transformed it into an ultra-modern villa over six years.
You’ll find this spectacular home located at Palm Beach’s South End, between the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. A prime location for a beautiful abode!
Inside, you’ll see tiny details everywhere. Here not one thing is out of place or put their accidentally. Every item, colour and texture works together to create a holistic setting of modern living.
We’re in love with the interior design that was chosen for the modern dining room. The painting belongs to Jeff Koons, who’s aligned perfectly with a Donald Lipski light. The last one was embellished with some Swarovski crystals.
Tall ceilings, floor to ceiling drapes and wall-filled windows, make the living room feel luxuriously spacious. Gorgeous lighting draws the eyes upward, while colourful and abstract art on the walls hint at a creative enjoyment and freedom found within this home.
Everything in this modern residence is majestic. From the wooden ceilings to the oversized light fittings. Here you can see a Spencer Finch light sculpture, a Rob Pruitt panda painting, and, not less importantly, a Subodh Gupta wall piece. Art is one of the most important things you’ll find here. There are exciting surprises around every corner…
The Phelans are frequent entertainers, and for that reason, they commissioned Stonefox to create a disco lounge. Besides that, an amazing garden designed by Jorge Sánchez and Brian Vertesch of SMI Landscape Architecture. Inside and out – the home is simply spectacular.
