Villa M01: Visionnaire’s Mediterranean Masterpiece in Ibiza
Suspended between ea and scrub, Villa M01 in Ibiza is not just a home – it’s a statement of intent. An expression of Visionnaire’s evolving stylistic identity, the residence introduces a new design language that bridges nature, architecture, and a refined way of living.
Set against the raw beauty of Ibiza’s hillside, this contemporary sanctuary is also the setting for Visionnaire’s latest campaign, The Art of Belonging, lensed by photographer Robert Rieger.
Designed by Antonio Baroncelli, co-founder of MetroArea Architetti Associati, the architectural concept embraces the terrain’s natural contours, giving rise to an organic, multi-level structure. Vast sliding glass walls act as luminous membranes, blurring the line between inside and out while ushering in sea light, greenery, and sky. Canopies and hanging gardens reinterpret traditional island elements with minimalist clarity, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor rhythm.
At its heart, a central patio echoes the ancient Roman impluvium, collecting rainwater that flows into a cascading stream, linking two outdoor pools. The home spans three levels: a ground floor with a master suite and six guest rooms encircling green patios; a first floor featuring living spaces, a wellness zone, and a second pool; and an upper-level belvedere bedroom with sweeping views of the Gulf of Ibiza.
Anchored in craftsmanship and calm, the interiors showcase some of Visionnaire’s hero products, including the Babylon Rack Circle, Kerwan table, Aubade bed, Shibari armchairs, and Aries chair – all rendered in a warm, neutral palette. As Leopoldo Cavalli, Visionnaire CEO, notes: “A harmonious dialogue between nature, tradition and contemporary design gives life to a villa that interprets the landscape with elegance and celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle.”
Villa M01 marks a new chapter in Visionnaire’s journey – rooted in heritage, redefined for now.
