Celebrity Homes: Step Inside Miley Cyrus’s Lavish LA Home
Everything is alive in colour – technicolour – as we step inside superstar Miley Cyrus’s Californian pad. Her mom Tish Cyrus is behind the interior design of this boisterous 6-bedroom home which she describes as ‘rock n roll’.
Miley’s larger than life personality certainly shines through. The house, like the owner, is beautiful and boisterous, all the while steady and disciplined in its exuberance.
The living space features dark walls for a touch of the dramatic. Paired with vibrant upholstery, it certainly is a statement space in this home. It also showcases a bright anemone chair by Giancarlo Zema for Giovanetti – for an intense burst of colour. This is just one of the many design risks undertaken to embrace Miley’s style of maximalism. Here, more is certainly more!
It’s a home of contrasts, colour and interesting artwork. We love the little details and the loud bursts of colour. Anything and everything goes here. Animal print walls, neon lighting and more. Tiger face Gucci wallpaper was the inspiration for a powder room’s design. It’s everything besides bland and there are details behind every corner.
For balance, neutral zen-like spaces were also incorporated and serene notes persist throughout the design. The pool is a veritable meditative oasis, while the gym and wellness spaces were inspired by a trip to the sublime Amangiri resort in Utah.
We love that the style of this home suits the persona of Miley, the superstar. What are your thoughts on this rock n roll celeb home?
