Bugatti skyscraper in Dubai
Known for its fast and flashy cars, luxury car maker Bugatti is now flexing its design muscle in the residential sector with plans for a brand-new 42-storey skyscraper in Dubai.
The Bugatti Residences, in collaboration with Dubai developer Binghatti, will be the first of its kind bearing the car manufacturer’s name.
The sculptural, sinuous building in Business Bay is set to have 171 apartments and 11 penthouses, each with a unique shape and curved balcony, and interiors inspired by that of the luxury car.
In true Bugatti style, vehicles will receive special treatment too. The penthouses will feature garage-to-penthouse car lifts for those who literally want to take their cars home.
There will also be a rooftop pool, private spa, members club, and private “Riviera-inspired beach”.
The French inspiration will feature throughout the property according to Bugatti.
“The two brands have integrated the distinctive flair of the French Riviera into every aspect of the development. Starting from the very moment of setting foot within the residences, a sense of exuberance takes hold, transporting residents to the inspiring region that has long captured the hearts of connoisseurs of refined living.”
“In the same way that Bugatti has translated the beauty and sophistication of French luxury into the design of its hyper sports cars, Bugatti Residences brings the breeze and feel of the French Riviera into this private oasis,” it continued.
“In its organically sculpted design, Bugatti Residences by Binghatti manifests the beauty of the Riviera’s spirit and flair.”
