Plascon House Tour: Dramatic Duplex
A duplex apartment is a thrifty living solutions, particularly for a young couple in the process of looking for a long-term property investment. While space is oftentimes limited, this is no reason to forego great decor and design.
The dramatic element is the dark wall colour in the living room that encourages a balance between light and shade. Moody walls are brightened with vintage pieces from Israel and personal photographs as art.
A bohemian-style can be found in the guest bedroom, a tribute to personal knick-knacks and ornate bedding. The main bedroom on the other hand, favours a more minimalist style in comparison the rest of the home- transforming the space into a welcome retreat from daily life.
