Casa LV
From gorgeous coloured vases and candlesticks to coasters, bowls and jugs, what is not to love about this beautiful art form?
And who does it better than Casa LV?
With a focus on colour, functionality and quality, the Cape Town-based brand creates the most delicate and joyous pieces for the home.
Established by friends Lynne and Vilma in 2017, each Casa LV piece is designed locally and individually mouth-blown at their studio, making it utterly unique.
Here, the duo shares some ideas on how to style their signature coloured glassware at home.
1. Prettify table settings with coloured glasses and jugs.
2. Group coloured vases together for a striking floral display. This works best when using a single colour flower, like all-white tulips or orchids.
3. Use coloured glassware to create a focal display on open kitchen shelving.
4. Use a large coloured glass vase as a stylish candleholder. Try the Lara and XL Lara vases.
5. Create a striking mantel arrangement with a collection of glassware in a single hue.
6. Add a coloured glass cloche and scented candle to your coffee table.
7. Display fruit and veggies in large coloured vases. Try the Luna or Bella vases.
8. Looking for a stylish ice bucket? A coloured glass vase will work perfectly.
9. A large coloured glass vase also makes a great container for everything from coffee pods to hairpins. Try the wide-neck Luna vase.
10. Add some colour to teatime with a coloured glass milk jug or small, short vases that can hold teaspoons and cake forks.
11. Not just for cut blooms, you can also use a coloured glass vase as a pot-plant holder.
