Reid is at the forefront of the movement and is known for his fully developed paintings created entirely on location.
The exhibit will run from March 26th – April 22nd with an opening night celebration on Thursday April 5th at 7pm. Chris will be on hand to discuss the inspirations behind his artworks and explain his process. The opening will coincide with the First Thursday Artwalk in central Cape Town and is a great way to see all the galleries. Chris lives in Hermanus, but travels across South Africa to plein air paint. On Friday April 6th, Chris will paint en plein air nearby. April 7th he will plein air paint in Noordhoek. Come watch his process and see the finished results on exhibit.
