It’s not often that a duplex is converted into a stand alone apartment but this is exactly what architect Lorena del Pozo has achieved. The face brick wall remains, given the space a warm and rustic feel. The room has been given interesting levels, with the staircase and dining room raised on a platform. Simple, clean and contemporary decor compliments this home, with a rather romantic bedroom and darker feature wall making a bold statement.
