Where are Sofaworx showrooms located?
We have showrooms in Greenpoint, Durbanville and Westlake, all in Cape Town, Western Cape and Cedar Square Shopping Centre in Fourways
What do you manufacture?
Our core business is the manufacture of upholstered goods including sofas, daybeds, dining chairs, ottomans, headboards and armchairs. Our range of upholstered product is available in an assortment of quality leathers and fabrics to choose from. Feel free to supply your own fabric as well; however, as manufacturer, we receive a substantial discount on fabrics from most fabric houses which we will gladly pass on to you the client. We manufacture for our own retail outlets thus cutting out the “middle man” ensuring well priced upholstered items. We supply direct from our factory to you.
Do you import stock?
We import most of our dining and living room wooden furniture from East Asia. We do however also believe in sustaining the skills and talent of our local industry and where we can, we purchase from our local supply base certain wooden furniture lines and decor product.
Does Sofaworx strive to conserve the environment?
We are very cognoscente of the increasing demand for raw materials worldwide required in the manufacture of furniture and have thus taken the stance to support all overseas and local manufactures of wooden product that use reclaimed or recycled timbers ensuring the future and sustainability of our environment
