Located in the dining space at St James Restaurant, you will find the ever graceful Louis chairs. Ottiu was inspired by the most important jazz trumpeter and singer ever, Louis Armstrong, to design the Louis Mid-Century Bar Chair. He was one of the first popular African-American entertainers to go the extra mile fearlessly, whose skin colour was not important to his music in a country that was extremely racially divided at the time.
The Louis Mid-Century Bar Chair is upholstered in green velvet with a golden pining, making it the perfect fit for your living set or luxury commercial space. This luxurious upholstered bar chair is part of our mid-century modern furniture collection.
