Innovative new products include the Les Mills Smart Tech set for the ultimate high-performance, full-body workout at home, at the gym or on the road.
The set consists of a Smartband, resistance band a dual-purpose cardio and strength Smartstep system, a Smartbar and weight set and a reversible MBX Mat which can be used for yoga (red side) or high-impact exercises (grey side).
