Vaniti House x Moment Architecture Design Luxury Bathrooms | Victorian Bathrooms
Interior Designers, Leigh-Anne of Vaniti House & Kristin of Moment Architecture & Interiors, describe this project as a truly rare opportunity to create luxury bathroom interiors with complete freedom of creativity, emotion, and intention. From the very beginning, the bathrooms were envisioned as far more than functional spaces; they were imagined as immersive interiors, deeply connected to the soul of the home and shaped as much by atmosphere and feeling as by form itself.
Richly layered and expressive, each bathroom carries a quiet balance between mid-century influence and timeless contemporary elegance. The design process behind these luxury bathroom interiors was always rooted in craftsmanship, materiality, and the careful interplay of colour, texture, and proportion, creating spaces that feel deeply personal, comforting, and restorative.
Honest, tactile materials became the heart of the design language: richly veined marble, warm timber, polished nickel and brass, and floral wallpapers softened by subtle detailing that gently reveals itself over time. Every element was thoughtfully considered in relation to the next, allowing contrast and softness, strength and delicacy, to exist together in harmony.
The architecture is softened through gentle curves, rounded edges, and sculptural vanity forms that bring warmth and ease to the interiors. Rather than overpowering the spaces, the materials create richness through texture, shadow, and craftsmanship. The result is a collection of immersive bathrooms, each with its own mood, personality, and sense of experience, designed to age gracefully alongside the home.
Bespoke vanities anchor every room, designed not only as functional elements but as sculptural pieces that bring refinement and character to the spaces. The balance between clean lines and softened detailing creates an aesthetic that feels timeless, elegant, and comforting.
What ultimately defines these bathrooms is the emotion held within them. Every material, finish, and proportion was chosen not only for its beauty, but for the feeling it evokes.
Completing the material palette is the bathroomware from Victorian Bathrooms. Beautifully refinished in luxurious polished nickel and brass, the faucets from the Britannia Collection flow seamlessly throughout the home, bringing cohesion and understated elegance to each space. Decorative lighting above the vanities and bath adds another layer of softness and atmosphere, enriching the experience of the interiors.
Rooted in timeless elegance and interpreted through a contemporary lens, the bathrooms form an integral part of the home’s narrative, where daily rituals are elevated.
