Duravit Presents Villa Copenhagen
The Danes are considered to be the happiest people in the world. And for some, even greater happiness beckons with the Nordic Choice hotel group’s “gift” to the Danish capital: the extraordinary Villa Copenhagen hotel. With its aspiration to be the best hotel in the world, the hotel’s management has set itself a lofty goal, which requires not least a responsible and sustainable approach to business.
The painstaking conversion of the historical former main post office in central Copenhagen has created a unique blend of past, present, and future. Guests can expect a contemporary hotel with an exquisite interior set in an inspiring atmosphere.
In keeping with the interior design as a whole, the 390 rooms and suites feature unique and highly distinct designs. Harmonious combinations of colors and materials, selected furnishings, and countless thoughtful details come together to form an exquisite experience for all the senses.
High standards were also set in the Nordic-style hotel bathrooms. The freestanding bathtub from Duravit, created by the Danish designer Cecilie Manz, beautifully complements the stylish ambience. Built-in washbasins from the Foster range are a perfect fit for the custom-made consoles.
However, the comforts on offer do not stop there: guests will be delighted with the gourmet cuisine and the friendly service and to top it all there’s a spectacular roof terrace with a 25m outdoor pool.
